Guild Hall in East Hampton is proud to present the Academy Icons series this September, celebrating the work of Guild Hall Academy of the Arts members. This engaging series will feature two remarkable films by the acclaimed director and producer Susan Lacy, the creator of the PBS series American Masters.

- Feature: Lou Reed: Rock & Roll Heart
- Discussion: A talk with Susan Lacy, Laurie Anderson (Reed’s wife and a multidisciplinary artist), and director Timothy Greenfield-Sanders, exploring the avant-garde journey of Lou Reed’s music career and his influence on contemporary music and culture.
