On June 14, communities from coast to coast gathered for the No Kings National Day of Defiance — a coordinated, peaceful protest against rising authoritarianism, political corruption, and attacks on civil liberties. Organized in opposition to the growing influence of Trump and his allies, the day was not about spectacle, but solidarity.
Marchers held flags, banners, and signs reclaiming American values from would-be kings and oligarchs. They showed up where he didn’t — to say no thrones, no crowns, no kings. The message was unified, bold, and unwavering: democracy belongs to the people.
