Southampton’s social scene bloomed with purpose as community leaders, philanthropists, and friends gathered at Whitefield on Hill Street for the Sunflower Soirée, a summer reception benefiting ACE Programs for the Homeless and honoring longtime advocate Henry Buhl.
The day began with a spirited pickleball tournament that brought both energy and camaraderie, with winners Korbinian Ludwig and Sandra Sanches taking first place, followed by Alex Moskwa & Jessica Gibson, and Constantin Ricks & Monique Grignard rounding out the top three. As the sun set, guests enjoyed cocktails, dinner, and live music, all while raising awareness and support for ACE’s mission of empowering New Yorkers through job training, work opportunities, and lifelong support services.
The soirée also marked the exciting countdown to ACE’s Dream Gala on October 9th, 2025, at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in New York City, featuring a special performance by Jennifer Holliday and honoring Henry Hay and Andrew Torrey.
Notable attendees included Henry Buhl, Dale and Renee Schlather, Stephanie Rader, Matthew Gibson, Ellie Manko, Ginger and Larry Leeds, Nancy Ross, and Debbie Farrington.
With a perfect blend of sport, style, and philanthropy, the Sunflower Soirée embodied the spirit of summer in the Hamptons while shining a light on the importance of ACE’s work.
